- Why did the HOA board not post the vacated position by Gail Post so any resident that was interested would be considered?
- Why did Balmoral receive landscaping before other designated beds in July and our master landscape design was not followed?
- Why was our Landscape Committee left out of the first round of landscape bids?
- Why was our Landscape Committee required to sign a confidentiality agreement to see the new bids for the Bridlewood landscape contract (they have been doing this job for about 5 years and was never requested to sign a confidentiality agreement before)?
- Why does The Reserve continue to be the excuse the board makes for their continued poor decision making in their day-to-day activities?
- Why does our current HOA board continue to spend money on lawyer fees, when many of the jobs could have been done by residents, or documents could have been found on the internet for free or for a nominal cost (e.g.: confidentiality agreement, survey…all done by the lawyer).
- Is there any news about the law suit to obtain the common areas?
- Why does the HOA board continue to behave paternalistic and secretive; while a large group of residents are trying to be proactive and have formed for the purpose of increasing awareness, participation, and transparency in Bridlewood? Any current information will be posted on the BQLC blog.
