Bridlewood Quality of Life Coalition

In preparation for the Bridlewood Homeowners Association Annual Meeting on November 20, 2008, the HOA is seeking individuals who are interested in running for the two vacant positions on the Board of Directors.  If residents are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, they are advised to follow the By-Laws stated below and have their application submitted to the HOA office at 5000 Par Drive no later than Friday, October 24.

Article VII, Section 7.3 of the Association’s By-Laws states: “Members may be nominated for election to the Board of Directors in one of the following ways: (a) A Director shall be deemed to have been nominated for re-election to the position he holds by signifying his intention to seek re-election in writing addressed to the Board of Directors; or (b) A Member who is not a Director and who desires to run for election to that position shall be deemed to have been nominated for election upon his filing with the Board of Directors a written petition of nomination bearing the genuine signatures of at least five (5) other Members.”
